Dean has over 20 years' experience in a range of industries including healthcare, retail, finance, consulting, supply chain and toll road sectors, focusing on strategic business transformation.
Before joining FCP Brencorp, Dean worked for a number of highly respected Australian firms such as MLC/Lend Lease, Linfox Group and, most recently, had the role of General Manager, Australia at Transurban. Dean is currently Chief Executive of FCPB Australia Pty Ltd and, as Managing Director elect of FCPB Investments, will bring considerable cross border regional business experience to both the Company and management team.

Greg has over 40 years' business and operating experience, 15 of which were spent directly in Asian and Chinese businesses. He recently concluded his executive career as Chairman of ISS Greater China. During his seven years at ISS, Greg oversaw its growth to become one of the the largest facility services company's in Asia with an estimated 2007 turnover of HK$1.0 Billion and in excess of 25,000 employees throughout Asia and China. Prior to joining ISS, Greg held executive positions with Hong Kong-based Jardine Matheson Limited, where he was responsible for streamlining its Asian Environmental and Property Services activities. Greg is a member of FCP¡¯s Advisory Board and brings valuable strategic and operating experience as well as excellent business connections in Asia, Hong Kong and China.

Clive has extensive experience as a senior executive and business and financial consultant. He was Chief Financial Officer of National Foods Ltd from 1997 until his retirement in 2004. Previously, he had served as Chief Executive of the Totalisator Agency Board of Victoria from 1993 until its acquisition and IPO as TABCORP Ltd in 1994, and as Finance and Strategy Director of Elders Australia Ltd (now Fosters Group Ltd) between 1982 and 1992. Clive is currently a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Goodman Fielder Ltd, Australasia's leading listed food company. He is also Chairman of Big Brothers - Big Sisters Australia Ltd, a not for profit organisation. Clive will bring significant corporate experience and expertise to the company and the management team.

Stephen Lucas is a commercial lawyer based in Melbourne and has acted as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since June 2003. In this time, Mr Lucas has presided over several company transforming transactions including the proposed transaction with FCPB and will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Stephen is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
